After the material was delivered, the customer called to tell us that staircase wasn’t fitting properly. Paramount Roll owner Ken Moscrip drove to the jobsite to evaluate the situation. After determining that there wasn’t a problem with the stringers themselves, Ken discovered that the customer did not understand how to make the transition from the landing to the stringers.
